Backend Configuration:

Step 1: Navigate to Stores → Configuration

Step 2: Sales → Shipping methods → Choose store view as Default Config

Step 3: Enable/Disable (Free Shipping) → Set Title and price & Minimum Order Amount

Step 4: Save configuration
